Global Brain Trust (GBT) Global Operations:
It takes a lot of effort and dedication to create a true Global Community while creating a balance for technology utilization with increased human interaction. We feel privileged to have a team of OD practitioners who are helping us build such a community exclusive to OD practitioners. Please take a minute to get to know your community team members and do not hesitate to contact them individually should you have any questions or simply to chit chat.

Technical Coaching (TC) is provided to individual members of Global Brain Trust wanting individual assistance with using the Website. We work together to assess the member's goals and needs for joining this exclusive community from the coaching perspective and work out a strategy to meet those objectives. The coaching sessions are scheduled in 30-60 minute blocks. They are delivered virtually in most cases using Skype, GoToMeeting, or telephone. If coach and coachee are geographically able, then face-to-face meetings may be arranged.

Country Facilitators each serve as a bridge between the community of GBT members in their country and the GBT community around the world. Country Facilitators are also the primary representatives of the GBT to the local community of OD practitioners. Some of their functions include;
- Strengthening and expanding their country's community of experienced OD practitioners and academics
- Diagnosing members's needs and interests
- Encouraging and facilitating members' involvement in articulating views on the state of OD in their countries
- Creating and coordinating events relevant to specific country conditions
- Coordinating connections with other relevant professional groups; and
- Facilitating better understanding and promoting international cooperation and collaboration
Please contact your Country Facilitator (see below) if you have questions about the Global Brain Trust, or if you would like to promote an event, publish a paper, or provide input regarding the above issues. If a Country Facilitator has yet to be identified for your country, please contact a member of the Membership Services team.
