Why Become a Member

To sign up:

  • Go to www.sedaa.net
  • Click on Create an account. Unlike most social networking spaces, here you will see a registration form. Every question has a reason and it is the basis of your profile and our OD community’s cultural integrity.
  • Once you complete the form, you will receive a Confirmation Email in your email account.
  • Be sure to check for this confirmation email as it contains a link which you will have to click on in order to validate your membership.
  • Once you confirm your account, log in using the system generated user ID and password you have also received in your email account.

NOTE: You will not be able to use this system generated password and user ID until you have confirmed your account. Once you log in, change your password to something you remember and start your connections and collaboration. Hope to be able to collaborate with you at Sedaa's GBT very soon.

In his words, “The market where I operate has a lot of potential for OD consultancy business since this is a new consultancy domain and there are not many consultants practicing OD.”

Neeharika Naveen joined us from India on February 23rd, and wants to develop network of mutually supportive OD practitioners.

With 7 events in the Seatle Area the client is specially looking for learning circle faciliators in the northeast. It is hoped that the list of subcontractors be finalized after which scheduling training sessions will begin. These training sessions will occure during Auguest or September.

Are you interested in a Consulting Position in US/Northern CA?

Summary of role: This role is a Lead Change Management Consultant Role. This person will play the role of the Change Management Lead for a major cross-functional program driving a high-level of change for a over 3,000 internal and external stakeholders, The CM Lead will be an integral member of the program team interfacing at all levels with executive sponsorship, PMs and functional SMEs and responsible for coaching, change managment plan development and execution. They will report into the CM COE, and matrix report into the program management for the project team.

Urgent update on this role: This position no longer requires ERP experience. Instead, the client wants to fill this position immediately with same requirement and more emphsais on the communication peice to help comms as needed. This position is now in interview process.

What are we looking for?

A seasoned Change Management practitioner (7+ years) with strong skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Change Communications (communication plan, messaging and deliverables)
  • Training
  • Project Management
  • Change Metrics and Assessments including focus group/surveys, etc.
  • Coaching

Available for 40 hrs per week for at least a 1 year engagement (could be extended beyond that timeframe for theis, or other programs
