Change Management Training Analyst: will play a key role in helping the ‘Partner Relationship Management/Partner 360’ project meet change management successes through strategy and execution of training that align with the overall business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on supporting the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing training plans that align to the change management plans that minimize impacted stakeholder resistance and maximize impacted stakeholder engagement. Lead Change Management Consultant: This position is for the Change Management Lead on a highly visible, large-scale program driven by the Supply Chain organization which will deliver standardized processes and systems, along with the associated data and infrastructure to support current and future state capabilities. There will be process, tool and cultural impacts for various stakeholder groups. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the functional representatives to gather insight and data and has to be able teach others while getting the job done. The successful candidate should be able to manage change deliverables for varying stakeholders as a part of a cross functional Change Management Team consisting of Change Management, Communications and Training. Change Communication Consultant: This position is responsible for program managing internal and external communications for a large-scale IT project called LSS. HardWare/Software Porgram Manager: What we would like is someone who has experience handling somewhat complex hardware OR software releases, so they know what it's like to manage a development and test schedule and managing risks and resources.
