Joan Marie Menke, MA, LMFT

Joan has 17 years counseling experience and eight years of coaching individuals entrepreneurs, and executives and management in large organizations.  Joan has worked inmarketing and sales and has developed owned and operated her own businesses, as well as developed corporate and government projects.  Joan coahced/consulted with the Management Department of Air Quality Control in Las Vegas for a year while they were restructing.  She was currently brought on to work with Cisco Systems consultants. 

Joan has masters in clinical psychology and is licensed as a marriage family therapist.  Joan brings her education, training and experience to individuals and businesses to help them move forward with creating and implementing the goals and communication skills needed to run a successful company while maintainitn work/life balance in these stressful economic times.

Vokler Frank

Volker Frank works with small and medium sized business that face difficulties reaching their goals, managing organizational change and resolving leadership issues.  He supports his clients to increase their effectiveness and ability to learn and adapt quickly to internal changes and external demans.  As a former software consultant he focused on how people work, which shaped a conviction that working with social dynamics is key to increasing organizational effectiveness.  Today eh offers leadership coaching and management support for organizational change and strategic planning.  He is inspired by self-organizaing and emergent solutions that bring out the best n people at all levels of the organization.

Jeffrey Young

Jeff Young is a business coach and a consultant helping people achieve the increased individual and organizational results they are looking for.  He brings over 30 years of experience applying his blended skills in organizational development, executive coaching, business process design, education, collaborative innovation skills, and ocmputer technology at many firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, New Hampshire and Hawaii.

During his career, Jeff has assisted large and small companies develop the flexible and innovative organizations they need to succeed in the 21st century; led organization and process redesign efforts for several high-tech firms in California; coached senior managers ina new style of management required for tomorrow's success; authored five educational software learning experiences in Boston and taught collaborative innovation skills to K-12 school children.

Jeff holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University.  He is a graduate of an ICF Certified Coaching Program at New Ventures West.  He also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Scient from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Boston State College.
